Special Needs Patrons

The Morris Performing Arts Center has wheelchair accessible seating available to wheelchair patrons and their companions (subject to availability). Please note: everyone must have a ticket to be admitted to a show. Patrons must identify the need for wheelchair seating when purchasing tickets to ensure accessible seating is available.
Handicap Accessible Parking
Four handicap parking spaces are available in the LaSalle Hotel parking lot just north of the Morris. There are also two handicap parking spaces available just around the corner from the Morris on Colfax Avenue.
Box Office Accessibility
The entrance to the Morris Theater and Box Office doors are accessible from North Michigan Street. A wheelchair accessible, automated door into the Box Office is available. A wheelchair accessible ticket window is also available.
Wheelchair patrons are entitled to purchase one companion seat at the same price as the wheelchair location. Any additional seats must be purchased at the same price attributable to seats in the immediate vicinity.
Sight and Hearing Impaired
The Morris is equipped with Assisted Listening Devices (Phonic Ear) available upon request and can accommodate patrons who have special needs due to a sight impairment. Please be sure to inform the Box Office of any special needs while ordering tickets to ensure suitable arrangements are made.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available to patrons on both the first and second levels of the theater, as well as the lower level in the Bistro.
The elevator is located near the Morris Box Office. There is no wheelchair accessible seats located in the upstairs. All accessible seating is on the Main and Orchestra level seating only.
