The Morris Performing Arts Center

Located in the heart of downtown South Bend, Indiana, the MPAC has the best tickets in town for Pop, Rock, Country, and Christian concerts, as well as national touring Broadway shows and comedians. The Morris is home to both Broadway Theatre League of South Bend, Inc. and South Bend Symphony Orchestra. Southold Dance Theater also performs the beloved holiday classic The Nutcracker at the Morris each December.

Originally opened in 1922 as the Palace Theatre and now listed on the National Register for Historic Places, this landmark theater has thrilled us, scared us, soothed us, rallied us, entertained us, and moved us to tears of sorrow and joy. The Morris draws patrons from the surrounding areas of Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan and is the only venue of its caliber between Chicago, Detroit, and Indianapolis. Pollstar Magazine consistently lists the Morris among the Top 100 Theaters Worldwide. Facilities Magazine has given Prime Site Awards to the Morris for nine consecutive years from 2006 to 2015. And in 2015, the Morris Performing Arts Center was given the prestigious national Outstanding Historic Theatre Award by League of Historic American Theatres (LHAT).

Come see a show - we're holding a seat for you!
